Everything is great, we really like it

We stayed one night at this resort in the yurt. The accommodation is very nice and very spacious, well heated and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The problem is that all activities have to be paid for (even the children's playground), the Kazakh restaurant is not very good and quite expensive for the quality. The service is poor, the staff do not speak English well and are not very responsive. It’s a shame for an establishment that claims to be 4 stars. And we were off season so we can’t imagine it being high season…

On the street -20 the battery does not work in the room. But it's stuffy in the hallway, it's ridiculous to pay $150 for a room and be there with the door open so that the heat comes from the hallway. Why didn't you tell the receptionist? The rooms were all occupied, they wouldn’t have moved me, but they would have started turning this battery in my room, repairing it. And I came here to relax, and not to watch how the repairs are being done. The walls are made of cardboard, I heard everything the neighbors were talking about, and believe me there were things that I should not have known about) and there were sounds that I did not want to hear. Then, when leaving the hotel, at the reception, as soon as I gave the card, I was braked sharply like a criminal. And the reason was, they checked the number to see if I had stolen anything from there. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel in the world. It's insulting. In general, it was a couple of days of horror, I'm ready to pay, but I'm not ready to endure this. What was good? In addition to the nature around, nothing, everything is normal, and the frequency is not ideal, I disdained to walk on the carpet in socks in the room. It looks clean at first glance, but if you look closely...

Very dirty ! On site and in rooms. Service in the restaurant is low! The worst thing is a restaurant with national cuisine. I ordered the cheese and it was cold. My wife ordered kuerdak, which was also cold and not tasty. We are coming to the forest fairy tale for the 5th year. It has never been this bad.

1/ Booked two weeks in advance. We specifically asked for Yurt No. 6. because the rest are cold and noisy. As a result, they confronted us with a fact 2 hours before arrival that work was being carried out. We arrived at No. 5 2/ They didn’t warn that the children’s playgrounds wouldn’t work, so there’s no one to leave the children with, you just have to hang out with them here and there 3/ The SPA doesn’t work, they didn’t warn either 4/ The bathhouse doesn’t work, they just didn’t warn. (BUT the admin wanted to correct himself and give us a bathhouse at our expense, like here’s fixing our mistakes at YOUR expense, cool, level) 5/ If you are going to read or spend time in silence from 19:00-21:00, you won’t be able to, The snow rolling equipment drives and makes a very loud noise. In the yurt you can hear people talking on the descent, you can clearly hear the dialogue from the words. 6/ Managers and administrators pretend to help with words, but in reality there is no help. No suggestions for how to correct the situation, something like: yes, this doesn’t work, but we will compensate you for our shortcomings with others, we didn’t warn you, dear guest. There is no such thing in sight. Or like, here’s a certificate for you, calm down, go with God, nothing at all. 7/ Poor cleaning, pillows and bedding were covered in crumbs, pellets, pieces of wood, pieces of cookies, Achtung! - HAIR on the pillow. *I’ll be honest, we were so tired while we were walking, until we realized that we wouldn’t get any relaxation (SPA, bathhouse, massage, etc.) that we didn’t have the strength to swear about other people’s hair in bed. In general, the impression and vacation are ruined, the guys are always in touch with the reception, they do a very good job of pretending to help, well done! Of all the activities, horseback riding, skiing, tubing, etc... AA, and the admin also offered horseback riding as compensation (at our expense, of course) 15 minutes before sunset, what do you think? I replied: “Let me buy you a 3-hour horse ride to “Boar Lake” now, let’s see how you ride in the dark.” To which I heard a refusal.
