Best Western Tallahassee-Downtown Inn Suites

Great placei enjoyed it I'll definitely be back... Employees were nice

The staff has courtesy, kind hearted, and rooms are clean. No dog smell.

The room was well laid out, a king size bed, couch and writing desk with a chair. Nice fridge built in and nice TV with an OK package of channels (No premium like HBO, Showtime etc) Bed was a little lumpy but OK once asleep. I stayed 3 nights and when I got back to the room after day 2, there was a clean towel hanging on the exterior door knob (in a plastic bag. Easy off entering into the city, going east wasm't too bad, especially early in the morning. B,J,'s across the street has great burgers and a good selection of beers on tap.

Upon arriving at this hotel which was already a last resort option, I was quickly greeted by an awful odor. Imagine the smell of rotting garbage. That’s how this hotel smells. Choosing to try and move past it, we found that the room was just as gross with spiders in the bed, hair in the shower, and wasps flying about the entrances. The staff available was of no help, offering a room directly next to it with absolutely no assurance that the beds would be bug free. As I tried to explain my issues with the room to the front desk assistant, she was very rude with continuously cutting me off, which I did not appreciate. This “hotel” if you can even dignify it with such a name is the epitome of disgusting with unhelpful staff and the failure to provide me with anyone else to talk to. This experience was by far the worst I have endured with the Best-Western brand hotels and I find that their response outside of this hotel was disappointing. How am I to cancel a room for safety and sanitary concerns if I have never seen it? I was not even at this hotel for 20 minutes and they tried to invalidate my complaints and refuse to allow me any sort of refund. I did not have my children stay in such awful conditions and returned our room keys, immediately leaving the hotel. I am disgusted with Best Western and their customer service response and will not be staying at any of their brand of hotels in the future. I will certainly be encouraging other visitors in Tallahassee to beware of this hotel and Best Western as a company.

this was a very well maintained place with extremally friendly staff and nice clean rooms . we do understand that the rates do go up but this place was still better then most

The establishment is dated but not a deal breaker te price. There is an overpowering scent as you walk in the lobby and room. (Sure is a spray). The breakfast is generous. Staff is courteous. A good fit for an overnighter.

I just want to start by saying the guy Demetrius was very accomodable and patient because I sure was unsure of whether I wanted this room or that room lol. If it were me I would have went off on me lol. But seriously dude was humble and calm and made it easy for me to refer others to the Best western inn and suites address 2016 Apalachee pkwy in Tallahassee florida. Also the rooms are big and nice as well 😁

BEDBUGS ! When we tried to go back to the office to see if we could get another room the clerk would not unlock the door to let us in. Will never recommend Best Western to anyone!
