Too bad... can't believe this is a double tree hotel. The decoration of the facilities is very underworld, the room is damp, there is a problem with the toilet and toilet, after using it once, the water has been running, and there is no cookie at the front desk🥲

It was a beautiful hotel inside and the staff we dealt with was very friendly. Unfortunately our room wasnt properly cleaned and there was trash under the dresser and nightstand. Also hair in the shower.

The heating system malfunctioned at nearly mid night, causing lost sleep. Clerk never asked how the stay was at checkout. People kept butting in while standing in checkin line. Even chocolate chip cookie seemed stale.

Hotel is in a nice location but had a terrible experience with Marticia at the front desk. After working a 12 hour day helping the city recover from the tornadoes I came back to be locked out of my room. She said I was checked out as a no show despite me staying the last night. The system was down when I arrived and likely failed to register my check in. However after showing her my reservation and telling her that she accused me of lying saying I never checked in and became very aggressive and insulting. When I told her I had worked for Hilton for 5 years she once again accused me of lying. I then had to do her job for her telling her to take the room from vacant dirty to vacant ready so it could be reassigned to me. After insulting me and wasting 30 minutes of my time she did not even apologize. She is not fit to represent the Hilton brand, especially at a higher end location like this on a Saturday. Marticia is a disgrace to the Hilton Brand.

Decor is horrible. Hired day workers from labor pool to help decorate using a Helen Keller design. Hopelessly outdated. Had to call front desk 2x before they called police to quiet party next door at 3:00AM. No daily service unless request made. Valet too slow. Checkout was slowed due to no one at front desk. C'mon man, do better.

This is a great value for the location but be ready to compromise on the facilities and the staff service. Bedroom door didn’t close well, shampoo bottles attached to shower fell in the middle of the night, lighting is very dim and lightbulbs were missing, mattress had a an imprint in it. The hotel is understaffed and receptionist told us that had she gone on her allowed break we would had no one to check us in…

I’ve never done this before but our room was so disgusting we actually left the hotel. The room smelled musty. The bed barely made and sheets extremely wrinkled. The sheets were covered in long black hairs and the pillows were dirty. It was obvious they didn’t change the sheets from the previous guest. The bathroom was worst. Toilet was covered in red stains hoping it wasn’t blood. No bath towels or soap in the bathroom. The toilet paper room was almost finished. This room was not properly turned over at all. Every time we’d call the front desk from the room they’d pick up and hang out. I went downstairs to request a new room but was told the hotel was sold out. I asked if someone could at least change the sheets. We waited a but no one ever came to change the sheets. I couldn’t even check out because the line was so long. I had my toddler who was cranky and hadn’t eaten dinner. We had no choice but to leave and stay somewhere else.

In general, my stay was fine. The room was nice. The grounds were perfect, but it would appear that someone had taken some things from my room. That is truly a big disappoin**ent.
