my car was broken into. 7 other vehicles were too. Front desk said no cameras. Room had no lotion, and water pressure was horrible.

I stayed for two weeks the first half of May. During that time my room was cleaned regularly and the linens were changed. Everyone was pretty friendly. The breakfast bar was clean and there was a decent amount of food for breakfast. They also had oat milk. It’s the usual hotel continental breakfasts nothing out of the ordinary. I don’t understand why everyone expects a lot for hotel breakfasts My only con is the carpet could use cleaning.

I never complain about a stay BUT when I got there they told me they were overbooked and it was first come first serve. I virtually checked in at 2pm from my phone. So I had to wait to see if they had ANY available rooms. When I did get a room, I went to the room and A GUEST was already in the room. I had to apologize over and over again to her. I finally got a room with no one in it. Then after we checked out, I realized I left a pillow and blanket in there. I called to see if they could get it and keep it behind they counter and they said they could not get a hold of housekeeping. We had long checked out so we would have a family member get the belongings for me. They said the family member would have to go upstairs to the room and find the belongings! Never again will I stay at this hotel!

Front desk was inviting and kind even at our 1030pm. Room was spacious and clean and they brought an extra blanket with no problem. Breakfast was great and the staff were all over making sure it was stocked and clean.

I have stayed at a multitude of Springhill Suites and have to say this one lacks any hospitality. I wish I had read the reviews before booking.... Literally every single employee at the front desk during my stay while I passed back and forth was hunched over/leaning on the front desk avoiding any eye contact or interaction with the guests or they had a friend (non-employee) that they were too busy talking to. As I was passing the desk to check out - No one was there to assist so I just left my keys. Hello! .. This is what you are there for - YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS!! It's like they can't find any good help so mediocre will do.... Pros and Cons - Pros - The room was clean, spacious and the A/C worked 100% fine. Breakfast was good also - nothing fancy but adequate. Cons - The bed is absolutely horrible. I am glad I traveled with my own pillows, or I would have checked out and into another hotel. How hard is it to replace your mattresses when literally every recent review speaks on the bad mattresses? The hallways in the building are like humid swamps - not sure why..?

Front office staff was rude , breakfast staff yelled at me , hallway carpets were dirty , one elevator was broken the whole time I was there 5 days . Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Not in a great part of town . Better places to stay for the price. DON’T RECOMMEND

The room design was cool, but the ceiling had water stains from a previous leak and some of the ceiling had peeling paint.
