I am so upset, my partner and I needed a hotel tonight so we booked last minute on trip.com. We got a room and it was a complete disaster, it hadn’t been cleaned at all, there were towels on the counter and the bed was dirty and used. The tables were covered in spills. This is unacceptable. The front desk lady gave us a different room across the hall and it was the EXACT same, except even worse. There were used tissues on the counter.

I booked this with confidence. However, when I needed to change it to a day earlier... I lost my money. They said the hotel had nothing available..however, I went there and they had my very room. I feel cheated by hotel and trip.com. never again

Housekeeping was horrible. There was absolutely no kind of friendliness, housekeeping would gossip out loud and talk about people staying at the hotel badly like making fun of people. The rooms were extremely dirty with the smell of strong mildew/mold. The pool is green and very dirty and unfortunately our main reason for choosing this hotel. The hotel does not keep up the pool grounds. There's bins for dry towels and that remained empty our entire stay. The pool was very heartbreaking since it was my husband's birthday. This is not a pet friendly hotel, there is no room to walk your dog. All the smoking locations are right where we're supposed to walk our dogs. Housekeeping gathers in these areas smoking ****/cigarettes and makes this very hard for a dog to use the bathroom with them hanging out all the time. The elevator I wasn't allowed to use because a housekeeper wouldn't let me on. My dog had a hurt paw and that housekeeper wouldn't let us on, she explained she was scared of dogs, I had to take the stairs. Okay, I'm paying to stay there and she's being paid to work there; she should of let us have the elevator. This was the whole vibe while being there and I feel like I wasted money when my husband and I just wanted to get away and we're local too. Never again will I ever go back to this horrible place. Never have I been treated so badly staying at a hotel. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis, this is not a disability friendly hotel putting us on the second floor. Our keys were deactivated each morning and that was a very long and painful walk to the front desk to have them reactivated. Impossible to sleep in with housekeeping gossiping so hard out in the hallways. I feel like we've been ripped off. And the hotel threatening us with a $250 fine if caught vaping inside and hearing a housekeeper talking about catching people for a bonus just didn't feel right hearing that; we had no intention of vaping inside; it was still stressful. Pictures I've included are the window unable to be opened with mold build up. Pool is green and that's not the paint.

Where’s the microwaves and the iron and iron board. The breakfast bar and the hotel location is great. The check in could be a little speedier. However, our overall experience was great…………………………………………………………………………………………….::::::::::

It was dirty , the room floor was not swept and the tub was dirty .

Bathroom not super clean. Overall clean room for the price. Breakfast and service were good.

While the staff were very friendly and the room had been recently renovated the overall property was not clean. There was litter around the exterior, and even a leaf in the elevator the 4 days I was there. The bathroom was not clean. Looked like the beds were made and clean but the floors were not. The Pool was nice except the dead plants. Poor attention to the small details.

Very old hotel and rooms were in rough condition. Beds and pillows were new though and comfortable. Tiny bathroom. Not ideal for sharing.

Staff was friendly and professional. There were no wash clothes in one of the rooms so I had to ask for them, hall carpets really need to be cleaned you can smell the dampness, shower in one of the rooms made a high pitched noise and at 1am hope it didn't disturb any other guest like it did me, rooms felt/smelled stuffy. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the pillows
