The breakfast was varied.
The staff was friendly.
The only drawback was that the room was in the basement and there was no view. (That was my fault for choosing a cheaper room.)

Such a perfect location in a wonderful city. Beautifully decorated room and the hotel staff were welcoming & very helpful even finding us a kettle for our tea. The breakfast was excellent & there was a wide selection of food to cater to every taste. There is a top class coffee shop opposite the entrance too. Plus the Irish pub around the corner is excellent value for dinner. We loved our stay here & will recommend this hotel 100%

Very characteristic hotel located in a central and strategic position for visiting the old city on foot. Easy sea connection to Helsinki. The breakfast is international, plentiful, the staff is attentive to every need and is continuously assorted. Kindness and courtesy for every request.

Affordable hotel with a great location on the edge of the old town. Rooms very small, but adequate and functionally furnished. The beds were very comfortable. No street noise could be heard, even though the room faced the street. The room was clean, we did not use the optional cleaning service as we stayed for 3 days. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and good, but there were no rolls and only one type of sausage and cheese. Excellent value for money.

Stayed in a Comfort Double room. The first room where the TV didn't work was on the mezzanine floor with a window facing the street. Unfortunately it was very easy to see from the outside, so the curtains had to be used permanently. As a result, the room was very dark. After one night we moved to another room that was more spacious and even had a balcony. It really depends on which room you have in the hotel, even in the most expensive category. Annoying: you can't shower without flooding the bathroom.

I stayed with my friend for four nights in this lovely hotel. We are really enjoed this charming place. Location is perfect because you can walk around the old Town, Estonian Maritime Museum near by, transportation just a short walk and 15 min walk to the port, just in case you want to visit Helsinki. Room was perfect, heated floor in bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, very delicious and big variety. Staff in the hotel very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you for our perfect time.
