Advantages:
The location is ideal; while walking around the old town you can stop by the hotel for a coffee or drop off some shopping.
Polite staff. Speaks Russian.
There is a small refrigerator in the room. Price. Each night cost me 3 rubles. Good shower and water pressure. There is a kettle in the room.
Minuses:
The towels are often stained, but they will be replaced if you ask
For me, a huge minus is the lack of ventilation. I lived on the first floor and the window does not open, all that can be done is to arrange for air to enter the room by opening the door.

The location is great as it is right next to the Birumun. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. However, it was a bit difficult to open the door because people were walking right in front of the first floor.
