Amazing experience! Very nice hotel, beautiful relaxing spa, nice swimming pool, perfect breakfast. We definitely will be back next time.

Excellent location for visiting the city. Perfect structure for the family also with playroom for children, breakfast with a very varied and always well presented buffet. Very varied but cool pools. Clean room with a few small details to fix.

Clean and friendly, quiet hotel in a perfect location (old town). Very child-friendly (playroom, children pool, children chairs in morning buffet). The breakfast was really very good. Very many options, different healthy salads with herbs, f e. vegan milk, cake, pancakes, some warm dishes, fish etc.The pool was nice and clean (50m main pool, Finnish saunas, some smaller warmer pools). If you pay extra, you can enter to the main sauna area (we didn't do that but I'm sure it's nice). There is also a gym (free to hotel guests). Parking is not free!

My friends and I visited a hotel together, a party of five. We arrived on Thursday evening and were assigned to two rooms. Since we were five people, one had to sleep on a terribly thin mattress, feeling the springs in her back. Moreover, we couldn't open the windows or control the air conditioning as it was preset, leaving one of us sweating in 25-degree heat. After much back and forth, one of us was given a new room, which was much better. The breakfast was decent, but it was inconvenient that we had to hang out a sign if we wanted cleaning service, as it wasn't provided daily. Additionally, the sauna in the spa cost 20 euros per person, and the staff were sometimes unfriendly, which was a letdown. We also felt the personnel at the spa were not very accommodating during our treatments. However, the hotel itself was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of both shopping areas and the old town. In terms of safety, we noted that it was impossible to open the window in one of the rooms, which raised concerns regarding fire safety.

The location could not be better: it is close to everything we need! The customer service is great everywhere at the hotel thanks a lot. And the food is really delicious at beautiful Allee restaurant: we had lunch, dinner and of course breakfast – wow!! I would have given the maximum points but unfortunately the bed on the 1st floor is way too hard. We had to stay on the 1st floor because we had dogs with us and it is the only floor you can stay with the four-legged friends. Would it be possible to reserve a bigger room with more comfortable bed when travelling with dogs? We wish you lovely spring! We will be back for sure

Kalev Spa OS great place for relax and good place for vacarion. It is near from Tallinn old city, where you can find many intresting things. Rooms in hotel are very comfortable and clean. Water Park was excelent for relax with childrens.
