The experience was just amazing ! I was staying in hotel to celebrate birthday in Tallinn, and I was amazed of how good it is ! The room was brilliant on a higher floor! It was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good All the personnel were polite and helpful, it was easy to navigate from hotel to all city parts to have fun :) highly recommend this place to stay !

Truly wonderful hotel worth even more than five stars; very professional staff, beautiful and spacious, clean rooms; exceptional bed, large work table, various types of lights in the room, excellent shower cubicle and modern bathtub; the breakfast is very good. You really can't ask for more from a hotel;
it is very well connected to Tallinn airport with the bus stop in front and very efficient buses leave every seven minutes where you can pay directly with your credit card: in a quarter of an hour you arrive at Tallinn airport Tallinn which is 3 km away. Tallinn is now an extremely advanced and super organized and modern city to the point that in the buses in the seats there are even USB cables to charge your cell phone (something I hadn't seen yet.

Whenever I arrive in Tallinn, I will stay at Swiss. The location is very good. The hotel room is relatively large. It is very convenient to go shopping. The breakfast is basically the same as in Europe.

The hotel itself is good . Reception is great. But big tip can give to not book this hotel from any agent like trip.com booking . Agoda and other because you gonna punished by hotel to be charged 15 euro for use swimming pool of hotel !!! Its absolutely crazy policy. Shame accor !!!

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel overall is very good. The bathroom in the room is large and the shower hot water is sufficient. Slippers, coffee machine, and toothbrush are provided. You need to bring your own. The double bed is large enough and very comfortable.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the old town and a 15-minute walk from the cross-city station. There are convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. near the hotel.
When traveling to Tallinn, you should pay special attention to the weather conditions, because it is often windy and rainy during your stay, making it extremely cold. Be sure to bring an umbrella and a warm windproof jacket when you go out.
