It is not a 5 star hotel. Since January it is a 4 star hotel. But for this service I would only give 3 stars. First the room was too small, tiny. There was no room to put my suitcase on the floor. The furniture was old, scratched and some corners were broken. The sliding door of the closet didn't work. We had no shower gel. Everything was cheap. Tubes of shampoo, conditioner and etc. - only 1 for 2 people. I had to ask for them to give me more. Breakfast was more than modest. Not a big selection. There is only one person at reception during the day. No more staff. I had to carry my heavy suitcase up 6 or 7 steps to the elevator myself. There is nothing in the hotel - no sauna, swimming pool etc. The restaurant was only for breakfast. No free airport transfer. Only plus - proximity to the old town.

From the room window, you can see the old city wall, and the worn and concave marble stairs show the traces of time. Located next to the old city. The room is fully equipped and clean.

It was a surprise day. The hotel upgraded me to a room for free. The room was on the highest floor. The hotel staff helped me carry my luggage to the room. The room came with a written welcome card, a fruit plate, drinking water, and an easel for painting. , the scenery outside the window is also very good, a very satisfying accommodation experience!

The room will be obviously smaller but fortunately it is fully equipped. What is not acceptable is that there is some peculiar smell on the towels and bath towels. The staff are relatively friendly and the quality of the breakfast is passable.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will continue to stay here next time. The breakfast is delicious and the service is very good.

The Savoy Hotel in Tallinn stayed for two consecutive days. Overall, I was satisfied. The hotel was not bad. It is a hotel worth recommending. The environment is very comfortable

Wonderful hotel! Quaint, lots of character, and personable. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June. Large, well appointed room with two comfortable twin beds. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Close to the Old City center, but far enough away to be very quiet. Very close (two blocks) to both bus and tram stops so it is easy to see the rest of the city. Fantastic breakfast and great service. Hotel has a hotel bar for a late night drink. We would definitely come back, we had such a great time.

Our room was on the 5th floor, we enjoyed walking all the stairs to our room although there is an elevator. We stayed in the summer where the sunset was around 1130pm and sunrise at 3am ish, our main issue was the room shutters did not block out all the sunlight and there is no black out curtain. Getting in and out of the shower was also a challenge, the bath is so high to step over. The location is good and just a 10 minute walk to the old town.

A beautiful boutique hotel located right in the old town of Tallinn .. nice cosy rooms .. but the highlight would definitely be its location . A two min walk and u r at the town square amidst all the restaurants and bars plus very easy to take ur own walking tour thru the entire old town . A good breakfast spread too though not too many options for vegetarians
