Overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was really good, including sparkling wine. Spa area was small and nice and had a really relaxing athmosphere, especially those times when there where not too much people. In the gym the music was really wrong, unless you enjoy exercise to slow-jazz, the kind of music they usually play in elevators. In all, me and my 13-year old daughter had a good and relaxing 4-night Stay with easy accec to all the access to all the places we wanted to go.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and had many things to offer. The Spa was not too big but great. The hotel is located in a good and silent area and you can easily reach the old town by foot.

friendly and prepared staff. clean, modern, quiet and superconfortable room with almost everything you need if you have forgotten something at home. large spaces and well organized spa & fitness room. breakfast is amazing. a perfect choice to work or relax in a very good place,

Rustig hotel, je kunt er goed slapen want ze hebben goeie bedden. Vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Ontbijt is goed, veel variatie. Geen restaurant (enkel bij speciale gelegenheden)en de bar is niet gezellig. Old town is kwartiertje wandelen.

Nice hotel, standard rooms are not too big. Room could have been a little cleaner (hairs in the bathroom). The staff who looked after the breakfast room were somewhat uncoordinated and unmotivated. They didn't say hello back and sometimes looked a bit grim. It took a long time for food that had been used up (e.g. bread) to be replenished. The young ladies and gentlemen (students?) should be better trained. On the other hand, the staff at reception were very friendly and pleasant every day. They smiled and were ready to help. Thank you for that!

Comfortable room and especially the bed. Great customer service and really positive and happy seeming employees. Excellent breakfast. Also spa experience was really relaxing. Hotel was really easy to find and it was really big + to have the possibility to have own parking place in the garage.

Super clean rooms, great recreation area with saunas and a huge jacuzzi. Also served is an excellent breakfast buffet. The location is within walking distance of old town. Nearby are a few restaurants and places for snacks. Most restaurants however are in the center.

Everything was perfect !! We really enjoyed the relax in the spa, the confortable bedroom, the continental breakfast in the restaurant, the suggestive weather (the snow in April!) !! The middle aged city is beautiful too ! There are so many places to visit !! We’ll come again !! And Estonians are so nice people !!

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé à deux pas du centre et des transports publics. Spa et restauration de qualité. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Je recommande et j’y séjournerai de nouveau si l’occasion se présente.
