La habitación olía muy mal, la cama estaba sucia, en las sabanas había un animal y muchos cabellitos, preferí utilizar mis propias sabanas y cobijas; el desayuno cuando hicimos el check-in nos dijeron que podríamos elegir entre huevo y chilaquiles, a la hora de desayunar solo había huevo revuelto, yo no como huevo y no me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa; las escaleras y la terraza totalmente oscuro, tuvimos que subir aluzando con nuestro teléfono; el servicio deja mucho que desear ya que ningún miembro del hotel se preocupa por atender al cliente, todos los empleados estaban platicando y se molestaban cuando les llamabas; la televisión solo te muestra muy pocos canales y se justificaron que por el paso del huracán se les fue la señal; el internet malísimo, nunca nos pudimos conectar... básicamente para nada vale el precio que cobran por lo que recibes a cambio
