Clean and nice place with very professional staff. The rooms are pretty decent and beds are super nice .

We had read many great reviews before booking this property, but were a little apprehensive about if it would live up to expectations. Oh yes it did! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the property is very well maintained. While lounging by the pool, expect a lizard or two and your morning alarm could be the howler monkeys. This property is centrally located allowing you easy access to the beach and town, but the gardens and pool offer pure tranquility. You can physically feel the energy change as you cross the road and walk up the path up from the beach back to your room. There are steps into reception, down to the pool, restaurant and into rooms, so consider this if not mobile. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the evening meal offered two starter, two main and one dessert option that varied each day. The room was big, comfortable, toiletries provided and strong Wi-Fi throughout, even on the beach. We thought this property was great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and service, delicious included meals ( breakfast and dinner daily, a-la- cart otherwise). Only concern - we were the oldest guests at this time. The hotel is built on multiple terraces with six flights of stairs to climb between our room, the lobby, the restaurant and the pool. Pretty hard for older folks - definitely not ADA compliant! The only air conditioning was in our room - the rest of the hotel was open air - very hot in 90 degree weather. Also the ride from the Liberia airport was two hours - $150 plus tip. Great for a selected clientele, but not for everyone.

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds a really like the Garden of Eden. The food was delicious and having dinner included was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and we loved the area by the beach. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Great location but not a first line. For beach you need to cross the street. Beach is not a great there mostly gray sand and dirty water. Hotel itself was amazing small and very quiet

Look no further for a hotel. This is a stunning boutique hotel. Adults only. Perfect for a relaxing trip with my husband. Breakfast and dinner included nightly in the price of your room. Which made it convenient for us. The food was excellent. The staff is superb. Richard, our bartender/server was incredible. The entire staff was incredible and very attentive. Longevity of their staff proves how much they love to work there. And is shown by how great they treat all customers. The best place in Costa Rica. We will be back. ❤️

We'll definitely be back. The decor and some amenities are dated, to be sure. The TV didn't get many channels, the AC was a bit noisy, the cornflakes were a bit stale, and the minibar was expensive (like every other hotel). So what? Overall the place was clean, cozy, inviting. And the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I feel bad that I didn't get the gentleman's name, but the older of the two gentlemen who worked the desk during our stay went WAY above and beyond when my wife experienced a minor medical emergency and helped me coordinate care with a local clinic where she received excellent care. The tours were great, the food was phenomenal, the pools were clean, even the visiting wildlife mostly stayed out of the way. The sunset view from our room was beautiful and the location (2 minutes from the beach) was perfect.
