Pros: Scenic location set away from the main touristy area of Aït Benhaddou. Nice staff. Our room had an open patio with a view. Cons: Dinner was expensive and food only OK compared to other places we stayed throughout Morocco. This area was impacted by the recent earthquake so the town seemed very quiet. You could see some repairs were underway.

The property itself is absolutely outstanding. A beautiful castle like structure embodying all the aspects of a traditional berber kasbah. It was like something out of a film set. The staff are wonderfully helpful and so kind. The interior on the property matched the exterior . High vaulted ceilings, beautiful and large indoor pool. The facilities are outstanding. Fitness centre, hammam, sauna, hot tub, and huge rooftop terraces overlooking the mountains. The restaurant area is luxurious and the food is exquisite. Breakfast is exceptional and the choice is huge. Opposite the property are extensive gardens and orchards leading to a river bed and walking trails into the surrounding mountains. It is a five minute drive away from Ait Benhaddou itself. Fantastic value for money and an outstanding place to stay. I did not want to leave.

On a opté pour cet établissement en guise d’étape dans notre road trip reliant Marrakech à Merzouga. Cet établissement est bien plus joli sur les photos que dans la réalité. La chambre est grande avec 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes. Le spa est uniquement en supplément. Hamman sauna tout est 15€ La piscine intérieur est glaciale, le spa sent le moisi et honnêtement ne donne pas du tout envie! Le repas alors là c’est le pompom on a le choix de rien finalement : poulet / bœuf ou agneau ! Tout est froid sans saveur … avec du riz froid un assortiment de légumes froid également et au milieu un morceau de bœuf! Bref nous avoir servi qqch que vous maîtrisiez aurait été bien plus apprécié!! Le rapport qualité prix de cet établissement n’est vraiment pas bon! Éviter

This is an absolutely gorgeous old building. Charming in every way. Pool is in the middle of the building and beautifully decorated with live plantings. View from our balcony /porch is of the mountains and an oasis. Room was very big. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was Outstanding!

Actually I was in Kasbah Titrit only for one night, but what I saw there was above all the expectations, either in terms of staff’s behaviour or on terms of cleanliness, it’s a gorgeous place indeed, I will highly, recommend this accommodation to anyone asking. Thank you all for your professional behaviour.

My husband and myself spent one night at Kasbah Titrit on the way to Merzouga and the desert. Hotel was very welcoming and staff was amazing. Room was cold and staff quickly provided a portable heater. Dinner was also very good! Hotel is very isolated and there is nothing to do within walking distance. (Ait Ben Hassou is a short drive away).

Way overpriced for what it is, we wouldn't call it 4 stars by any means (bathrooms etc really 1 star). Had a lot of problems with check-in even though rooms were prepaid. Tried to charge us for dinner at checkout even though we didn't eat there. They charge 10 euros per person for the jacuzzi. Didn't like seeing birds stuck in a tiny cage by the reception either. Property has potential but they need to spend some money on it and lower prices until they bring it up to an appropriate level. No real charm and was our least favorite property in Morocco.

My husband and I were on a 3 week holiday in Morocco and we stayed at Kasbah Titrit for 3 nights. This hotel was very different from anywhere else we have stayed. It looked and felt like a castle! While It was built in a traditional Moroccan style the inside was very elegant and decorated to a high standard. Our accommodation consisted of a bedroom, lounge and 2 bathrooms. They were spotless and spacious. A little updating was required but it was all minimal - better soap, flickering lights in the bedroom when they were all switched on. The views from our room were spectacular! It was very peaceful staying here and made a change from the other busy places we visited. We ate breakfast every morning and dinner on two evenings. The food was plentiful and very good quality. In fact, they were very generous and we couldn't eat it all. One of the best things about Kasbah Titrit was the staff. Every time we went past reception or ate there we were welcomed with smiles from the two main staff Yassine and Yassine! They were always very friendly, happy and willing to help in any way we needed. They were the best and most genuine staff we met in any hotel during our 3 week holiday. I imagine, like many other places, Kasbah Titrit was affected by the pandemic as it wasn't very busy when we were there and I hope things improve as our stay there was wonderful and we would love to stay there again!
