The cleaning ladies are very friendly. Carina, who is at the reception, is very friendly and very helpful, in contrast, I only have to point out the staff who were serving breakfast. I asked if I could have a table next to the window, since the tables that were prepared were all on the opposite side, they said yes, that I could take the dishes and take them to the other table. I did so, and sat down at a large table (I had only noticed these tables next to the window). When I went to get food, the two employees, who were always in the middle of the room, told me to use smaller tables. The room was quite empty, and from the number of tables prepared it was obvious that few customers were waiting, who would not use all the tables, as happened. The attitude of these two employees did not sit well with me. They could have taken the trouble to at least indicate the tables they wanted the customer to sit at (at the time I didn't notice the tables because they were on the side). They waited for the customer to change, and, in a law of least effort, they indicated that they had to change tables again. This difference in attitude from the reception to the restaurant makes all the difference in service. Very clean and heated room with regulation. Very silent.

Having booked 2 rooms, I expected them to be adjacent or at least in the same corridor, but no, they were immensely far from each other; I was told that they weren't in the same hallway, so they should both go further away but always in the same hallway since we are fathers and daughters...

very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, lunch at the D. Carlos restaurant (in the hotel) very good. very pleasant green spaces and spas. I recommend the massage in the spa. Very nice place for families with young children. I recommend

It is a pleasant place for holidays with a good breakfast and good service. It needs a revamp of its furniture, which has an old-fashioned style and would make our stay more pleasant. The part of the old Spa was under renovation, the lake was dirty and the pedal boats were broken and abandoned, the gardens needed better care. I don't understand if the external part where the gardens and lake are located belong to the Thermal Baths, but they could be better presented.

We had some inconveniences concerning the light, the cold water tap in the sink, the swimming pool which was out of order, the fridge which was not working. That is just about everything . Oh yes, no light in the hallway!

Hotel for the perfect break It's very welcoming, the staff are very attentive, it's super clean, the meals are balanced, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It has a fireplace, bicycles for outdoor trips. It is right next to the spa.

It is a friendly hotel in a location that takes us back to the recent past of life in a romantic environment, in a garden with a lake, a small town with a rural and peaceful river, a train station nearby and, of course, some century-old spas. Good room, good breakfast, good social spaces and a suitable place to walk a little outside, or enjoy the pool on sunnier days.
