Very nice hotel

Poor customer service, management support, and lack of basic skills. I’ve stayed at this hotel weekly, for business, over the last 4 weeks. Staff is poorly trained and manager unsupportive. I did a mobile check in and John was unable to find reservation. Waited 15 minutes for him to find the assistant manager, Sean, to help. I repeatedly told John that I did a mobile check in, I also provided the room number assigned from app, and he was still unable to find reservation and provide me a key to the room. When Sean arrived he was able to find reservation using the confirmation number, no apologies for the wait or inconvenience. His response was, “you could use your phone to enter the room.” As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I’m well aware of the check in process. Even if you check in online your identity needs to be verified at the front desk, one of the reasons I choose Marriott over Hilton. Later in the evening I purchased an item from their marketplace and asked for an itemized receipt. Again, John did not know how to print an itemized receipt. While I tried to help him find the correct button he became frazzled. These are pretty “standard” business traveler actions/requests, mobile check in and itemized receipts. Front desk staff should be better trained. When traveling for business it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to check in. And an itemized receipt should be a pretty standard request. I’ve heard enough of “this is a new system”. At this point it’s about training.

Nice Hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms, gym was spacious. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast wasn't great, but about on par w/ what most hotels offer for free. We really enjoyed our stay.

I am very happy with my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel has parking available for a fee, and a nutritious breakfast with excellent coffee, :)

Toilet was not operational when we checked in. Inconvenience in switching rooms late at night when we were tired from our event. The rooms should be inspected prior to assigning it to the clients.

It was a place to stay, nice service people we couldn’t get plumbing issue on flushing resolved they finally showed up to roomb(probably a front desk follow up issue) we finally kept lid off and tapped the pump in order to get tank to refill the bathroom wide glass sliding door is directly in front of bed and glass window allowing light to filter to bedroom which is ok with one guest but if another guest is sleeping you will have to do your bathroom thing in the dark, elevators and floor entry ways were not so clean but rooms were very clean, quite the presence of homeless around bldg but they seemed harmless

Marques and CeCe were great. The hotel lived up to its ratings. The only thing we would recommend is watch the smell of the wet carpet from the pool in the rooms.

Great hotel...great food. Great location. Prepare to pay for parking, but everything else was wonderful.

$29 parking and it’s not near anything. This location defeats the purpose of being downtown. Pool was tiny, picture is deceiving. Advertisers 2 bars but they just have a few canned beers in the breakfast area and the pool bar is the same. Room was quiet and clean except they are stingy with the towels. I stayed 3 days and they give you two body towels for two adults and don’t do housekeeping until day 3. There was a phone but it didn’t call the desk so I had to go down to get my own towels. Had feces on the towel hanging when we came in. It looked like a clean towel until I threw it over the glass shower and got it. Then I could see the backside like someone wiped their poopy hands on it. Not sure how this happened if it was from last guest and they didn’t change towels or if an employee did that after housekeeping set up room. That is why I can’t recommend this hotel.
