This was a very disappointing experience, especially when compared to other Embassy Suites hotels. Maybe it is the age: 27 or 28 years old. The design is very 1960-ish when atrium hotels were new and exciting. Basically, the room smelled and was really dirty - especially the bathroom (redone in 2022 and possibly not deep cleaned since then). The Complimentary Cocktail Bonus was a tray of unfresh vegetables, some chips and snack mix, and a dismal, very sad-looking, cheese spread. This hotel is a tear-down and rebuild candidate.

Never got my diamond bag or towels were not in room. I had to ask 5 times. The smoke detector was covered by a shower cap. I told front desk nothing ever actioned. Tonight was arguing on the 10 floor and no security on site so had to call 911. 7 police cars came. This place should be closed or not offered by Hilton.
