1 elevator did not work for entire stay. Name plate selling error in lobby: exercise was spelled "excercise". Our room had no desk when all pics on website show desks in toom. Because we had a sofa desk, I'm assuming the desks are removed. The main floor bathrooms are locked when pool is locked. Receptionist said it was somehow due to location with pool, but pool door is locked. Lastly, there is no 24 hour lobby coffee. I wake at 4 am and since no desk in room I default to lobby. Food aarendant show betwine 5 and 5:15. There were 3 desk people at 4 am, every day.

I always tell people Springhill Suites is safe, you can’t ever go wrong. Until I visited this Springhill Suites in Tampa. I choose this location because: 1. I trust the brand; 2. Location to airport 3. Size of the room for my family. The area is sketchy I wouldn’t trust the safety of this neighborhood. The parking is horrible, and the rooms and hotel are dirty which I felt like I was staying a a Fairfield Suites. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was a bit concerned about this hotel when I booked it because it was so much less expensive than the hotels around it. We booked this hotel for one night after the Buccs game. It is super close to Raymond James (not so close you can walk). The interior is a little bit tired but it is very clean and the staff is very very nice. Our bed and room were super comfortable - we slept like beasts! (My husband claimed he preferred the bed over the hotel we just left, the JW in Clearwater) We were able to check in early which was really nice. Pool looked clean and busy as well. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport at 5am for our flight the next day. Have actually booked it again for another football game in early January. It would be awesome if they had a shuttle for the games; nearly everyone staying there was going to the Bucs/Eagles game but I don't know how normal that is.

Great for a post cruise stay. The area is not very walk friendly. No real close restaurants and very uneven sidewalks. We had one person on a wheelchair. It was quite a bit of work to push her around! But the hotel is wonderful.

It was comfortable clean. The breakfast was great. They didn’t have pancakes. They said they were waiting on a delivery, but other than that I still give this a five star.

Everything about this hotel was great. John at the front desk was especially kind and courteous. Excellent service. This would definitely be a reason to return.

The staff was great especially John at the frint desk. He was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and comfortable. I had to leave before breakfast was avaliable but they were getting it ready and it looked good with very njce options. Would stay there again for sure!!
