La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham USF (Near Busch Gardens)

Upon entering our room, we were shocked by its condition. We encountered multiple housekeeping and maintenance issues that were both unsanitary and unacceptable. These included: • Nail clippings left behind from previous guests • Peeling paint • Significant wear and calcium buildup on bathroom fixtures • Mold in the bathroom and windows • A rusted alarm clock • Damaged and worn furniture • Rusted door hinges • A shower that only dispensed scalding hot water Given that the front desk had already indicated there was no manager or maintenance staff available until the next day, we felt there was no point in raising our concerns during the night. We did our best to rest and vacated the property early the next morning. We have documented these issues with photographs and would be happy to share with hotel's corporate office for their review. It is evident that this room does not meet the quality or safety standards expected from a Wyndham-affiliated property. If this property is undergoing renovations, we would expect that rooms in substandard condition would be taken out of service until they are properly refurbished. We hope that this feedback helps the property address these issues promptly so that future guests do not encounter a similar experience.

good room. bit outdated, but clean en roomy.. Noisy aircon that needs to be shut of when sleeping. Staff was nice and helpfull Breakfast was verry simple so we did not eat.

We stayed for nine nights and had no issues at all. The place is clean and well maintained although it is a bit aged. I would definitely stay here again. It is very close to Busch gardens and has quick access to all highways and many restaurants.
