Everything was as advertised. My wife and her friends were really happy with the stay.

There was a power outage, so all I could do was sleep.

Somewhat run down no customer service and amenities limited. Things seemed broken down.

For your safety and your sanity, do not stay here. This hotel is a masterclass in “absolutely not.” I booked through Hotwire and they tried contact the hotel to switch to a location closer to the airport. The hotel flat-out refused—something no other hotel has ever done. Fine. I kept the reservation anyway. Big mistake. I arrived after midnight, got my key, and was sent to a second building out back—poorly lit, not connected to the main one, and definitely not elevator-equipped. I had to walk past a man smoking, alone, and drag two suitcases up two flights of stairs. Charming. The hallway reeked of ****, and the room wasn’t exactly sparkling. The toilet didn’t work, but it was late and I didn’t feel safe calling anyone up. Breakfast was 7–9 a.m. I showed up at 8:40. At 8:59 the juice machines were shut off, and at 9:00 sharp the already-sad food vanished. I managed to pour waffle batter and grabbed fruit, which I ended up giving to an elderly couple who arrived seconds too late. Back in my room, the safety latch I’d used the night before had mysteriously fallen off. Not unsettling at all. I needed the bathroom—remember, broken toilet—so I asked for help. A man arrived with a plunger (no bag, no gloves, no anything) and spent ten long minutes splashing dirty water around while accomplishing absolutely nothing. I stood by the door the entire time because I did not feel comfortable. That was my cue. I packed, checked out, shook the dust off my sandals, and never looked back.

We booked this hotel specifically for the cruise parking and included shuttle, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The property felt questionable upon arrival, and our room had maintenance issues (the tub constantly dripped). While breakfast was decent, the return shuttle service was a complete failure. After our cruise, there was never room for our family, even after waiting over an hour and a half. We ultimately had to pay for an Uber. The front desk staff showed little concern and even claimed the shuttle wasn’t included, despite it being part of our booking. We gave them multiple chances to fix the situation, but nothing was done. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

The floor consider have been cleaned better. Breakfast was basic no hot food just pasty’s and very cheap paper plates didn’t hold the food. Room was ok.

The check-in staff was friendly but not dressed neatly. In arriving, there were numerous homeless people at the rear end of the parking lot, under the overpass. When we left, they tried approaching our car for money. I know that this is a part of city life, but it was very concerning as we drove away. Even considered getting a different hotel room, but in the end decided to stay. The rooms were clean but because everything is hard surfaces, when someone decided to get alot of ice at 6 am, it woke us up. The breakfast had nothing to offer to someone who is used to healthy eating, except for some fruit. Glad I had brought the leftovers from our AirBnB stay to eat.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The customer service was excellent staff friendly and helpful they even allowed us to check in early science room was available which we really appreciate after traveling. The only downside was breakfast which was very limited close to nothing.
