Quality Inn Airport - Cruise Port

Quite clean and breakfast is nice. Nice location and cheap price. No bugs or noise. Just that wifi connection is close to prehistoric time, and it keeps disconnecting. Also, there is something strange about the tap water that it can never wash off the soap.

Very nice sweet people. Would absolutely recommend anyone stay here make sure you go at night i think his name is Darren and he is HILARIOUS will def go back if we make it back up that way.

This was a convenient location and it was priced very reasonably from the airport. It was about a 10 minute drive the Uber was a little bit over $14. This hotel was very clean. It was updated, the room had amenities pool microwave full refrigerator, coffee pot very clean again that’s most important but it had several restaurants and stores within walking distance so it was convenient as well. The management Mr. Wallace was very professional and helpful.

I’m assuming their friends and family gave them the positive reviews because our experience was anything but sensational. The front desk staff is rude for no reason. They also will tell you on the phone that you may receive an early check-in, when in fact they refuse to do so…even when they have a multitude of empty/clean rooms. There were multiple guests waiting in the lobby and pool area that had also been told the same thing…but you could clearly see clean vacant rooms. Wouldn’t recommend them. It’s completely understandable if the rooms are unavailable (but they were) and they should never promise their guests that prior to booking or arriving. Poor customer service.

We left our car here while we went on a cruise. The hotel was great to stay in, the staff were helpful and the person taking us to and from the port of Tampa was very efficient. We had a great experience. The only negative.... sun tan lotion is very expensive for a very small bottle, so don't forget to bring your sun tan lotion!!
