Holiday Inn Express & Suites TAMPA-FAIRGROUNDS-CASINO by IHG

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff and breakfast room attendants were super friendly. The food for breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. A great hotel and I would absolutely stay again.

Very clean comfortable room. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every one of them! We ended up having an extremely late arrival. They kept up the communication each time I messaged with an update. The front desk staff at checkout was the friendliest, most engaging group I’ve ever seen. All in all, they turned a very trying car trip into a great beginning to our cruise.

Did not go to the gym. The room was cool. The toilet was very low to the ground. It felt like it was going to collapse.

Roaches in our room in hallway and near elevator ,we had to step on one in our room,stayed up all night with lights on,this is disturbing and gross in my opinion,they gave back point to my IHG account,but did not refund any monies to me. MY grand daughter had to be a part of this at 11 years old,she actually came out of the room and videotaped the roaches running around near elevator,should should have at least sent me a gift card to take family out to a nice dinner somewhere, points didn’t cut it,very disappointed,they had no remorse or anything

The room was very clean but a little cold when we arrived. Breakfast was very good, healthy choices.

The room was very clean. Everything worked. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and coffee was excellent!

Staff was friendly and accommodating but the hotel smelled as if they were covering up something. Strong odor of spray.

The bed was comfy and room was nice temperature. Love how close it is to the fairgrounds. Staff was friendly also
