Room was great - comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I barely slept due to the loud ac unit. There was a horrible sewage smell in the restroom. The smell of cigarette when you walk into the hotel is overwhelming. When I went to the front desk to voice my concerns she stated she would have maintenance come to the room and look at it to see if they can make it “quieter” come to find out it was the shuttle driver. When he came to my room I felt uncomfortable when he closed the door behind him. I quickly went to the door and kept it open while standing in the hall. He then stated that he would “see about getting my room changed” after waiting an hour for someone to tell me something, the same front desk clerk stated she was trying to reach me. I asked how she stated the room phone. I then advised her how when there was no phone in The room and my cell phone never rang. She stated she would change my room but I’d have to get all my stuff bring it downstairs then get my new room and go back up with all my stuff. I stated that I waited for an hour for someone to tell me something and no one did. I was already running late to get ready for my event that I already missed. So my weekend was ruined due to this.

I realize that different people have different opinions to the same experiences. I found the room to be very clean and the breakfast to be good. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get into my room when I arrived. There were lots of people in the lobby who were waiting for rooms to be cleaned. All in all, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
