Very nice environment, especially standing on the corridor on the 2nd floor at night with the wind blowing, watching a group of children playing in the swimming pool, very pleasant. Breakfast is eaten in the Meeting Room. It is relatively simple food. There are no places to eat near the hotel. You have to drive by yourself, otherwise you can only go to Subway or McDonald's🍔.

Room was very small and very basic. A/c worked well . Chair in room was stained and worn. Refrigerator work well but had partially eaten food and drink from previous people that was left in there, obviously had not been cleaned. The floors in the bathroom were dirty. Shower hot water was good. The free hot breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly, bilingual English and Spanish. Check in and check out process was fast. Bed was made daily, towels exchanged daily, bed had only three pillows.

Overall the property is convenient and affordable. The sofa in our room needs replacing but all else was good.It suited us because of its proximity to the cruise terminal.

The young man at the desk was most pleasant and helpful in every way. I am sure he is a asset to your business and would definitely recommend a promotion if that is possible or a raise. He is the first person you come in contact with and as such makes a big impression. One of the reasons I would consider booking with you again. Also appreciate the cleanliness of the room.
