Great trip Great service will stay again sleepy Inn Tampa Florida

The service was excellent since the minute we walked in the door room was very clean and on point for our stay we will be coming back again

The service was impeccable and the elevator was never a long wait. The mildew smell in the bathroom could have been fixed. The vents in the room should have been dusted properly. The room and bed was clean besides those small things that a humidifier and duster could have resolved easily.

The air not fresh when you open the door .

Pool and deck area needs a little TLC, paint, new furniture, clean it every day. I understand it's surrounded by trees so it's difficult, but there are things you can do to help that. Breakfast was very mundane, served the same thing every day; cold biscuits, over cooked sausage gravy in a crock pot, frozen sausage patties, frozen egg discs, apple cinnamon muffins, waffles were good. Plenty of room for improvement here. Room was nice, clean, liked shower good pressure, hot water! Front desk staff Sue VERY good and helpful, one evening, young lady was extremely useless spent all her time on her phone and knew nothing. Housekeeping staff was great, Lynn is fantastic. We stayed for 8 nights, asked for extra towels and coffee every couple days, it was never a problem. They were very accommodating as I never asked for service to the room.

The room was very clean and the hostess very pleasant and helpful. The maids were going off shift and were pretty loud, so we asked to switch rooms. The desk clerk readily accepted our request and recommended the fourth floor so we would not hear any upstairs noise. Breakfast was ok. At the price i paid for the room, I was very satisfied, held back the 5th star due to initial noise level in downstairs room

Our stay was just ok. The bath toiletries were not good. Shampol didn't suds up good. The most disappointing was the breakfast. Waffles was the only good food. The egg patty, sausage, biscuits and gravy was cold. The coffee was like dish water . The eggs were like ice in the middle. Do they take temperatures ? Room was clean and bedding was soft.
