We were transiting through Tampa after a cruise. Charlotte at the front desk was exceedingly kind and helpful. The next time we are in Tampa we will keep her and her team in mind!

The atmosphere was awesome because Naiisha took great care of us when we were out grilling and just enjoying the great weather. I would come back just because of her alone and the hospitality!

This was one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. I stayed on the third floor and until 3 AM. There was constant raucous outdoor noise from a bar below the window. The building does nothing to shield the sound. I even had a noise canceling AirPods in my ear and still couldn’t get past the sound. I had one of the worst nights sleeps ever. I should’ve asked for a refund, but I just wanted to get out of the place to be honest.

Such an amazing place to stay and prime location!! Betsy at the front desk was so welcoming and helped make my check in smooth. I’ve been traveling a lot so this made a big difference to me as she was very knowledgeable and helpful The rooms have state of the art appliances and modern design. Perfect stay that makes you feel like a local
