Habitaciones sencillas muy cerradas, por el precio digamos que está bien. La atención por parte del personal es aceptable (muy mejorable sin lugar a dudas pero aceptable), la ubicación es muy buena . Lo malo es el estacionamiento limitado. las tarifas las o glan los fines de semana en cualquier época del año, creo que funciona como motel los fines de semana solo es mi percepción.

Hay una mujer muy desagradable llamada Norma que da un servicio pésimo . Vive husmeando todo lo que hacen los huéspedes y regañando por todo . Deben quitar a esa mujer de recepción cuanto antes .

Cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no había ninguna reservación a mi nombre, la señorita de recepción tenia mal carácter, tuve que mostrar mi reservación de la app y nos dio una habitación con las características de la que había reservado, le tratate de dar el número de confirmación y de mala manera me contesto que no le servía porque no tenia mi reservación

Their listing says staff speak English. No they don't-it's a lie-the evening and the morning front desk staff spoke none and were a bit rude. The parking was free and on site but almost impossible to get into the spot-luckily I had a small SUV. It is difficult place to find even with GPS. The bedding was thin-essentially no cover. I e-mailed them twice after I left to check on an item I may have left and wrote it in Spanish-no response at all as expected-after all, this is Mexico, a 3rd world country.
