I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

The response time on WhatsApp wasn't very prompt. When I asked for a bottle opener to enjoy a Corona, they told me it wasn't available via WhatsApp. However, when I took the bottled Corona to the front desk and asked to borrow an opener, they opened it for me on the spot. I imagine others might feel the same way about the WhatsApp service. But, since a King Suite was available and I was upgraded, it wasn't a big deal. I got to drink my beer after all. And the acai bowl from the deli was delicious.

This truly felt like a luxury hotel. We stayed here because my second son's wedding was held at the Hyatt. The room cleaning during our multi-night stay was impeccable, and amenities were always restocked perfectly. Besides the wedding, we also joined a Guam tour, which was excellent. I definitely want to visit Guam again.

The Hyatt is very close to the airport, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The room facilities are a bit old, but it's spacious and has a balcony, which is nice. I really liked that it's very close to the beach. During the May Day holiday, housekeeping couldn't keep up; there were a few days when I asked several times, but the room still wasn't cleaned.

The location was great! However, I guess it couldn't be helped, maybe due to a typhoon or being busy, but there was no cleaning or towel change... Other than that, everything else was satisfactory!

“Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Guam! The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Excellent value for a beach resort experience. Highly recommend Hyatt Regency Guam — we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Guam!”

Hotel facilities were great and very well kept! Pool was clean and access to private area of the beach was a huge perk. Rooms were big and clean.
