The hotel is in a Great location,staff couldn't be more helpful,room cleaned every day. I stayed 7 nights so wouldn't have minded every few days.

We held our wedding reception at the Castle Hotel in April 2024 after our church wedding. From the first show around the team were attentive and nothing was too much trouble and the Wedgwood Suite was dressed exactly as I asked, looking beautiful. Our day ran so smoothly, the wedding breakfast was great and our guests all commented on how lovely the day was. We highly recommend hotel as a wedding venue.

Thank you to all at The Castle for a perfect Wedding Day. Everyone involved worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran just as we had planned. The Wedgwood Suite looked amazing for the ceremony, reception and the evening celebrations....you all really took on board our wishes and nothing was ever too much trouble for you. We couldn't have wished for any more. We opted to use The Castles resident DJ, Mark. He was outstanding... a packed dancefloor from start to finish....without doubt, the icing on the cake. This hotel is well located in the centre of Tamworth and right under the historic castle. there is car parking nearby with an arrangement with the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable and the issue with the fan in the bathroom was reported to the hotel so they could do something about it. it was surprisingly quiet for location.

This hotel is definitely not what it looks like online, when you walk in looks like and smells old peoples home, room was that bad it’s looked very old and outdated the curtains were filthy it’s was freezing so we checked out straight away and got a full refund

When we first met with Mike we knew it was the perfect place for us. We are not ones for traditional wedding, we wanted to personalise it. Staff were always on hand to support us, from Mia & Taylor on reception, to Becky our master of ceremonies.
