The hotel is in a Great location,staff couldn't be more helpful,room cleaned every day. I stayed 7 nights so wouldn't have minded every few days.

The window has mould and the lock was broken so it wouldn’t stay open and it was so hot in room I was up all night with my asthma playing up I felt so un safe I could here people shouting up to the window all day the next day I had go hospital due to how bad the asthma was As you will see nothing was clean There pillows smelt I had to go buy my own pillow cases there were stains on the sheets , tissue on floor no hot water and hairs all in the shower Ieven got a cut of the window wood I went down stairs and there was no one there to talk to. It was worse experience

Night Porter was very friendly and gave great service. The rest was woeful. Knackered furnishings, radiator stuck on full, light fittings coming out of roof, taps broken etc.

Myself and my partner had our wedding there in the Wedgwood room on the 18th may it was one of the most memorable amazing day ever the room was decorated beautifully and sammie and the team had such a laugh with everyone it was nice they joined in at times the food was delicious a huge thank you to you all

We held our wedding reception at the Castle Hotel in April 2024 after our church wedding. From the first show around the team were attentive and nothing was too much trouble and the Wedgwood Suite was dressed exactly as I asked, looking beautiful. Our day ran so smoothly, the wedding breakfast was great and our guests all commented on how lovely the day was. We highly recommend hotel as a wedding venue.

Thank you to all at The Castle for a perfect Wedding Day. Everyone involved worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran just as we had planned. The Wedgwood Suite looked amazing for the ceremony, reception and the evening celebrations....you all really took on board our wishes and nothing was ever too much trouble for you. We couldn't have wished for any more. We opted to use The Castles resident DJ, Mark. He was outstanding... a packed dancefloor from start to finish....without doubt, the icing on the cake. This hotel is well located in the centre of Tamworth and right under the historic castle. there is car parking nearby with an arrangement with the hotel. the room was clean and comfortable and the issue with the fan in the bathroom was reported to the hotel so they could do something about it. it was surprisingly quiet for location.
