Room is very clean, bed so comfortable.. staff were so amazing.. location is perfect in the heart of Tamworth.. just a walk to shops and restaurants. With underground parking at a reasonable cost. Street parking also available for free.. highly recommend.

We regularly stay at the CH and enjoy everything about it. We also ate at the restaurant and had a very enjoyable dinner. We will continue to stay however we usually stay in the old building the new rooms have an odd smell.

Most of our stay was great. The staff were very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. My only complaint was that I booked a Superior King with City view. What we got was room 114 which had views of big freezer and the 15 minute car park. This was our third visit to CH and every other time we had great views from our rooms. As this was my wife’s birthday treat, so, unfortunately the room we were allocated took a little of the shine from the experience.

The property was spacious and beautiful; it had a restaurant and a bar. From the early check-in to the check-out, all were five stars, including the Tesla charger. The only downside is the exit driveway is not suited for vehicles such as a Tesla, with the ridge too steep to drive over without scraping the bottom of the car. Short wheel base, and higher than normal cars will be ok, anything else may not do so great.

I always stay at the CH. Right in the centre of town. Easy to meet and greet friends or to shop. I'm always allocated the same room so it feels like a home away from home. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious. Try the berry creme brulee!

The 2 most important things for me in a hotel are cleanliness and comfortable beds. This hotel had both, as well as a great bathroom and shower, and extra seating in the lounge area and balcony. It has safe, undercover parking (for a small fee), and easy access to many shops and restaurants I would not stay anywhere else in Tamworth.

The CH is a wonderful hotel in the centre of Tamworth. The rooms are very clean, with all that's required for a single or two night stay. The restaurant is good, although a little expensive, however there are plenty of other eating places within walking distance. Parking is easy onsite, but they need to address a problem with the exit being too high and scraping the underside of lower vehicles. Reception staff are always friendly and check in is easy.
