Beautiful hotel, delicious cooking, friendly staff, convenient location, airy. It's OK not to charge for bicycles.

We loved our stay at Mai Chau Sky. The rooms were comfortable,great balcony to a beautiful view. Staff were so friendly and helpful.Bikes available but scooter is alot easier to get around. Pool was a welcome relief in the 38 degree heat. Would definitely stay here again

I went there expecting to see the scenery I saw in the pictures, but the actual surroundings and swimming pool were all similar to the pictures. However, the bathroom toilet was not properly cleaned and the swimming pool was poorly maintained. I thought it was because there weren't many people. The rice noodles and simple food served for breakfast were edible, the staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and accurate.

It was a relaxing inn surrounded by a tranquil rural landscape. The facilities, including a pool, were excellent, and the gentle smiles of the staff were memorable. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The stay was beautiful. The location is picture perfect for nature lovers. A perfect country side resort with the village around that isn’t crowded. People are wonderful. We loved cycling around the village. The staff were friendly and the owner’s dad offered us some various local wines. Over all we loved our stay here.

I am a seasoned traveller. For this trip I was looking for a quiet, clean and simple spot. The English speaking staff on social media chat seemed super nice and reassured me that it would be quiet, so I booked here. The room was not quiet at all as I could hear TV and talking clearly from the next unit over. I could have dealt, but the lack of cleanliness was too much: roches both nights, collections of gnats in various places in the bathroom, cobwebs, and unidentified stains. The response from the staff on social media (note there were no English speakers on site, so all issues had to go through chat) was that "insects live in the mountains." Not only were they unbothered, they quickly turned extremely rude and defensive, even trying to blame the infestations on me. I was so disgusted that for the first time ever I had to cut a trip short. This place should not be advertised as a resort nor charge similar prices. Rather it is at best a poor excuse for a homestay. Do not stay here if you value hygiene and a restful experience.

It is with great pleasure that we share this happy address with an adorable, large and beautiful Vietnamese family who takes great care of us during our 6-day stopover. We ate all our rich, varied and succulent meals on the advice of Huong and Chung, our dear hosts. Mai Chau fantastic region to come and discover for these sublime rice fields enveloped in a mountainous barrier planted with feet in the rice fields. Beautiful bike rides lent by the family. We left them with many mixed emotions, we will come back.
