Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing! Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst resort i have ever been to. No Lift, Water unavailable on my floor. we had to go to another floor to fill the bottle.
Mouldy smell in room and bed. There is no mountain view. Just the view of sewage. Bathroom/Toilet are such that you will feel like public unmaintained washroom. Never going to visit Cameron heights and Century pine resorts.

At a glance the room is impressive and nicely decorated BUT with close scrutiny, notice that the walls and doors are so rundown. Besides the room has musky smell .

The fnb breakfast was good. However, my partner fell down in the washroom because the slipper provided was too thin and slippery once the washroom was wet. The elder people really need to be extra careful.

Always a great spot to stay in whenever coming to Cameron Highlands. Second time stay in here, highly recommended. Breakfast is good, staff is very helpful, the scenery is good, and far from jammed.

the hotel is ok, the facilities for wheelchairs are easy. the 2nd toilet is leaking. call maintenance to fix that problem. the others are ok. the normal breakfast doesn't have many options. maybe I can stay again if there is work at Cameron.
