The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to 5-star expectations. The separate toilet bowl and shower area, though unique, was a bit inconvenient. It would have been more practical to have everything together in one space. Another issue was the water heater—it took a long time to get hot. In terms of amenities, It would be great if they added a kids’ playroom to improve the family-friendliness. On the positive side, breakfast was just nice, parking was hassle-free, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which adds convenience to your stay.

Amazing breakfast options, including Indian and Chinese stations, in addition to the standard, I also ate dinner at the hotel during a rainy evening, it was delicious! Hotel is located uphill, for those who may have mobility issues, this would be challenging, however, it’s a 5 minute walk from the food stalls so not far. Walk another couple of minutes and you’re on the main high street. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Didn’t use the pool due to the rain, however looked nice enough. The room was spacious however the bed and pillows were too soft for me, found it difficult to sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think housekeeping could do with slight improvement. Overall, it was a good hotel that I would recommend.

the best . favourite hotel always ,very clean THE FAV PART ABOUT ZENITH IS THE BREAKFAST!! superbb never dissappoint. the only hotel serve quality and delicious breakfast. sometimes i book zenith just only tu eat the breakfast 😂. overall the best hotel in mlysia for me and the staff all are very polite

The best accomodation in Cameron Highland so far. Worth it. Spacious room, nice and clean furniture. Near to restaurants, convenience store and easy access to few attraction places there. Breakfast also got variety foods to choose. Recommended compare to other old hotel. From parking level, you can go straight to room after check in without pass through the hotel lobby.

Service:- I rode in from the rain ＞ asked for early check-in ＞ Receptionist called me a 115pm to let me know room was ready. Managed to keep my stuff with bellboy whilst I went out to find breakfast and wait for room check-in Bellboy helped bring my stuff to the room. 200RM deposit was returned to me in denominations of 50, when I had used 2 x 100RM notes ＞ I requested for this back and receptionist had to get manager approval before returning 2 x 100RM to me. Can borrow umbrella from lobby if it's raining. Facilties: Bathtub is kids size, not adult size. no massage services. Carpark ＞ no motorbike parking lots. Parking: I ended up parking my Ducati Diavel Carbon, FBL 747S, in basement carpark cos security guard did not let me park outside lobby. (Even though Ducati Club Singapore managed to park there in May 2024 as well as open carpark lots below) However later in the day, Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, FBG 38G, was allowed to park there. Security guard said rider is from Kings Motorcycle Club ＞ I told security guard that Kings MC only rides harleys. Security guard then says rider is VIP, and his boss approved the parking. I questioned the receptionist ＞ they referred me to security ＞ I told receptionist what security said and receptionist could not do anything. The rider left the next morning; I was having breakfast at the outdoor seating, could hear him start the bike, let the bike warm up, before riding off. (so "noise" is not a valid reason for not parking there) I came back to my motorbike to find it covered in dust and fluff, cos it was 7m away from the laundromat (I parked here cos there was another motorbike here and there are no motorbike lots in the basement carpark) The whole reason for parking somewhere visible and in line of sight of Security, is for the security of the motorycycle. (There is a notice in the basement carpark that states parking at carpark is responsibility of owner, not the premises) Breakfast: good spread and variety.

Wonderful stay at Zenith @ Cameron. Staff were polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast spread was different daily and tasty! The only downside is if you don't drive the walk out of hotel is a little journey otherwise all is good!

staff and service was excellent but sheets were a bit stained. When we asked them to change the sheets they said ok but when we came back to the hotel after dinner the sheets were not changed at all. overall nice hotel for family with small kids as rooms are huge

To be frank when my last visit to cameron highland and I told myself I wanted to stay in Zenith Cameron and recently I visited this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Outside look like 5 star but it doesn’t really look like it most probably 3.5 stars. Room can be say clean and our room door was broken and called up room services for repair. The price which I paying definitely not worth 5 star at all. But the best part is breakfast spread is good, I have no complaints with it.

Nice hotel to stay. I booked 2 rooms, and we found out the room are very big and spacious. The ambient also very nice.

It was good stay! Bed is so big! I brought kids (6 & 2), more than enough space for us. Breakfast so nice. Got malay desert - which is rare! Puding roti sangat sedap. Freshly made, makan panas2 sedapnye! Overall nice stay! Ps: I would appreciate if there is TV kids channel & warm water for swimming pool - too cool to swim!
