This is our second visit. The room was not as clean as the previous one. The smell in the bathroom wasn't pleasant. The shower was not working perfectly.
Grateful for the airport drop off.

The cleanliness of the room and bed was very poor, the room smelled bad, and the bed sheets were discolored and unclean

Maybe u need to built-in canopy for indoor parking, somekind like replacement for basement parking. so the car didn't get wet when hard rain. Overall good, clean. Love the pool. The ambience so lovely! Will be back someday.

I'm having early morning connection flight. Choose this hotel cause they provide free airport pickup and airport drop services but need to request and reserve min 2 days before. In general their service is good.
However hotel position is in deep silent area. No food vendors or convenient store nearby. So if you would like to have dinner or meal the only choice is only order from hotel restaurant or GoFood.

30mins from airport by airport transfer.
breakfast just nice add on 75k idr.
room average amenities and toilet drain system so slow, staff good and airport transfer 2 hourly

I am from UK and travel to Indonesia many times. This hotel is amazing. The best thing is
1) They try so hard to make sure they provide transportation to airport and back. All for free. They really care
2) The room are big size
Excellent for transit.
Can take 30 mins to get from airport btw. its kind of far

Stay was nice. Hotel was clean. Free shuttle was not provided for airport. Housekeeping will open your room without knocking while you are inside, so be careful. A/C was working perfectly. Not so many English TV channels.
