I really loved staying here. The room is a bit outdated but it has bathtub in every room so it‘s still a win-win for me. The pool is big! The ambience is great lots of trees and so cozy for me and my family. It has water slide which not every hotel or resort has. Breakfast, well…standard for me, but the pancakes and waffles are great!

This is the hotel to stay almost very time I visit BSD. Value for money with convenient location nearby shopping mall.

Strategic location, a hotel with a simple concept but does not reduce the comfort of its guests. Wifi is fast, the bed is very comfortable, the clean sheets and the pillows are comfortable (so much I imagined the sheets and a gray pillow gloves in the photo) The size of the room is not too big, not too small. Fit for Indonesian size. The concept of a unique bathroom (the cabin model and the hot water shower that flows smoothly) No key-card required to turn on the electricity system, so I could leave the room with the AC and the lights kept on. A very recomended hotel for travelers who want to stay at affordable prices and comfortable room facilities

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. The services are amazing, room no 306, room service mbak Lovi/Yovi sorry i forgot, she was kind and fast, very good job, the room very clean, wide and comfortable, the hospitalities are exxcellent, I will be back someday

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Capsule hotel was conveniently located at the airport, good walking distance to International check in area. Capsules were clean and there was a bottle of water provided.

I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

Comfortable bed but pillow too hard and i can’t sleep coz noise from upstairs even I was at the highest floor at 9th floor. Breakfast open 3am, free shuttle to all CGK airport.

Hotel Starlet was amazing Place For Stay with Nice Staff and Fast Response and Mr Rully as a Hotel Manager Very Humble and Easy Going,Services Come from Heart Implemented in this Place,The Property Very2 Close With airport to make easy who traveler and Family Get to many Places in Indonesia Last but Not least Always Keep this in line & Consistence Starlet Hotel is the best....👍💪
