Hotels in Tangerang with Swimming Pools

FM7 Resort Hotel near Jakarta Airport offers an extensive range of facilities, including cafes, restaurants, and spa services. However, the hotel could improve communication regarding requests through chat, and some guests have experienced slow check-in procedures at the reception. This facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

Great place to stay for families, close to Jakarta International Airport CGK. The breakfasts are amazingly good and generous. The rooms are spacious and clean. AC works perfectly. Safe neighborhood, and the free shuttle is so useful. The staff is the best: very friendly, so helpful, and very kind. The pool is very fun for the whole family. The food from the restaurant is yummy, and the wifi is fast. We stayed there a couple of times and loved it every time. Our little 10-year old wants to add this: ”I love the breakfasts because their fried rice is awesome aaaand the fruits. One of the most respectful hotels I've been to in my LIFE!”

The place is really okay.. Cleanliness is good.. Comfortable mattress, cold ac .. Nice view Complete facilities.. Suitable for Staycation with family because there is a swimming pool and mini waterboom..

Stayed at Ibis Germany so I knew what to expect when I booked here. It’s your typical no frills basic room that does the job. But the rooms in Jakarta were spacious compared to where we stayed in Germany. We missed breakfast though cause we slept in, which means the beds are comfortable 😊

According to my friend who stayed overnight, it's recommended. Both in terms of room cleanliness and food which is quite worthy

The services so far so good. We enjoy it so far. All variant for breakfast in basically is well, but we suggest to add more variant (especially pastry variant--because my youngest brother need more muffins😀) Hope this services more increase the quality and Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai can improve more and more.

I appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost.

Easy and fast check in. Friendly staff. Walking distance to mall with lots of food. Danis the front office is so polite and helpful. Assist in early check in and sort out fast in checking in.

Staycation with baby 1 year, try swimming pool .. Pool cleanliness needs to be improved .. It's good to have a choice of children's pool, but because it's so dirty, can't bear for babies ... So swim in adult pool ... Breakfast is pretty good, varied choices ... The bathroom exhaust didn't work, the TV remote couldn't be remotely .. Good location, outside the hotel a lot of choices for busy food at night ... We ordered a superior room, free upgrade to deluxe room ... So generous
