Aston Bintaro Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

Hotel baru nyaman dan kids friendly bngt. Ada cooking class juga krn acara 17an. Highly recommended!! Bersih dan luas utk family.

The rooms are quite ok, good size and standard equipped, yet the Google assistant system , instead of a regular phone is super messy . Not working or faulty , and we need to go down to reception or the restaurant to do order or ask any requests ! :( The location and view .. so, so… . The swimming pool is a bit messy , as located in between the buildings and no privacy with all the kind of people crossing over the pool area . Ar the breakfast/restaurant, the staff is friendly but missing training. Basic stuff as setting the tables were constantly overlooked . Some management work yet to be done to bring up the standard for this hotel .

Nice hotel. Quite famous with locals to spend their weekends. Only 2 lifts available so might need to wait a bit during peak time. Room size was great with balcony. AC works well and water dispenser available outside hall. Staff was nice check in and out was swift. Breakfast was good with nice food selection and egg station.

Good location as it's quite isolated from the chaos in Jakarta. Room is one of the biggest you can find here and the service is good. The Downside is the lack of amenities. Overall, it's worth a stay.

The hotel is like 5 star standard. The breakfast is so good with a wide variation of food. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at the reception are so polite. Ms Fitri at the reception is very friendly and helpful. She helps to settle the activation of my esim card when the data connection fails. Overall good experience and we will stay at this hotel if we come to jakarata again.

First arrived at the Lobby.. We were not greeted by the Bell Boy.. I asked the receptionist who was queuing at that time Because there were only 2 receptionists They said wait a minute Then not long after the bell boy came (only 1 it seems) Seems like a lack of employees first impression Next day we had breakfast For a 4 star hotel with that many room capacity The breakfast room feels lacking huh There is indeed an outdoor area Seems like it is not yet suitable for use Still very dirty Again it seems like there is a lack of employees to clean So we had to wait for our turn with other guests to come to the indoor area Because all the tables were full Then the dinner plates were all empty Some of the menus were already finished Even though it was still 9 o'clock We asked the officer for plates and food refills for a long time Again it seems like there is a lack of employees So everything is overwhelmed Indeed the hotel is still new But the Aston group is everywhere The management should be better

Disappointing. The breakfast menu is not very varied and the food service takes a very long time, which is very Aston class. When I was having breakfast, the chair my mother was sitting on broke and the employee didn't give me a replacement chair :( oops, it's really bad.
