Hotels Near Toko Mulia in Tangerang City

Very nice & comfortable service given by staff at this hotel. I've requested welcome card for my room cause i had a wedding, and i no wonder they also put the art of towel on my bed, what an excellent kind of service and really appreciate it. Thanks for mba mayang as receptionist who handled my reservation and notes my request, one of humblest and nice person i ever meet. Also thanks to housekeeper who prepared my room so nice. I'll come back in the next staycation.

It has been a pleasure experience to stay in Alium Tangerang hotel. We stayed for two days. The staff were very helpful even when before we arrived. The front office staff (Natalia, Catrice, and Andin) help us to get the room easier and earlier than the usual scheduled check-in time. I recommend this place to stay in Tangerang.

My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in. Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor. I wish the management / staff /employees of this property a prosperous and healthy life.

The room is big and close to the airport. The food in the restaurant is delicious and suitable for Chinese people. I am very satisfied with the airport pick-up and drop-off service. The guy who dropped me off will keep talking to me and ask questions. He is very friendly. There are just a lot of mosquitoes.

Had great sleep every night, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very nice, shout out to the door man, always had a smile on hise face even at 4am when we checked in. Another door man talked to our taxi driver because we couldn’t understand each other, was super helpful.

The service was good and helpful. The room was comfortable. Bed linen appears a bit dirty, bath towels and bath mat was not clean enough.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Convenient location for attending the event at ICE. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room space is good and comfortable. The service and food at the top floor restaurant needs to improve. It's taken too long time to get the food and it's cool already.
