The hotel is located in the center of the Medina and next to the Strait of Gibraltar. The staff is friendly and attentive. And the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is especially great! You can take a taxi to the train station or CTM bus station; it takes 10-15 minutes and is inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel!

What a disappointment! We only spent one night there, but thankfully we didn't stay longer. We had booked a room for three (a couple and a teenager). We were given a room that was more like a hallway than a bedroom. The decor was nice, but it seemed to be there to distract from the room's awful condition. The hallway decor, on the other hand, was great, but you don't sleep on the hallway. There was no window either, meaning no ventilation. As a result, the room was very hot and the air was saturated with everything (humidity, smells, etc.). And to top it all off, nothing had been provided for my daughter's bed. We had to ask for everything (sheets, towels, pillow). And just as my daughter was about to go to bed, we unfolded the sofa bed and discovered a huge iron bar in the middle, making it impossible to sleep on. So, at almost midnight, I had to help the receptionist (who was very friendly and responsive, by the way) move the sofa bed and fetch a mattress from another room. We couldn't have breakfast because our flight left too early, so I can't comment on its quality. The terrace was under construction, so again, it was inaccessible. In any case, a negative experience, especially considering the high price (for Morocco). We paid almost €90 per night.
