Veluxa - Luxury Holiday Homes - Centric Flat

The owner of this property has very poor customer service skills and was extremely rude and arrogant. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with the check-in process. A neighbouring shop owner attempted to contact the host, and when I finally spoke with him, he responded arrogantly by asking, “What’s the problem?” and told us to wait outside the building. No one showed up. I tried contacting the host again but received no response. Eventually, we had to leave and arrange alternative accommodation elsewhere. I am very disappointed that the Trip platform allows such a host to advertise their property. This was a third-class experience and is absolutely not recommended.

Loved this apartment, very clean and comfortable, had everything a family needs it! AC in all the apartment, it was very nice.

Good place Good place. Clean, modern and reasonable prices however i do suggest looking elsewhere as this provider overcharged in comparison to others by a lot. The apartment and host - fantastic.
