Very good hotel value for money, good service and excellent beach. It is also renovated for a more comfortable stay. The gym is well equipped and new!

Buen servicio, excelente atención del personal, muy amables todos, el hotel un tanto viejo y falto de mantenimiento, agua estancada y maloliente en los alrededores de la alberca, lo mismo las caidas de agua que corren cerca del loby y los restaurantes, falta de limpieza o de mantenimiento, en la habitación, los sillones de mimbre rotos y despintados. La alberca con la profundidad de un chapoteadero, escasamente 1 metro., habia que conformarse con eso ya que en la playa siempre hay bandera roja.

This property is gated, and if you want that kind of experience it will work very well for you. We found that it was pretty isolated, that with the exception of a few small restaurants and stores, not walkable at all. Be prepared for a pretty steep walk to get to the street ground level if you are walking anywhere. We are in our seventies, and we could do it.
The staff was helpful, the grounds were immaculate, and beautifully landscaped. We had a wonderview from our balcony (we had an ocean view room). There might have been almost more staff than lodgers at this hotel.
The pool is only waist high. The ocean is very swimmable, hardly any waves. There are plentiful chairs and shade at the pool and the beach.
The cafe opens around 11 in the morning, so that means if you don't want breakfast at the hotel, you have a 7 minute walk to go find a nearby restaurant/cafe.

La vista al mar es hermosa y el hotel muy bonito, lástima que al hotel le falte mantenimiento y personal. Tuvimos que pedir toallas porque no las ponian, gotera en el techo de la habitación. Sin embargo, el personal de la recepción excelente, de los restaurantes son muy atentos y dan la mejor atención a cualquier petición que se haga.

La atención de todo personal es estupenda, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros. Las albercas son muy limpias y la vista al mar es la mejor que hemos tenido y la comida deliciosa, sin duda volveremos en nuestras próximas vacaciones

Aunque el hotel es bonito, la atmosfera, servicios, actividades, comida y atencion son bastante malos. Se siente muy vacio en muchos sentidos y la comida del desayuno nos enfermo. Es un deayuno abundante pero con mucha grasa y alimentos pasados o descompuestos. El personal muy poco amable, los precios elevados sin brindar ninguna clase de atencion. Inclusive las cervezas se sentian al tiempo. No volveria pensando en que hay muy buenas opciones en huatulco para vacacionar.
