1. The iron cannot be near the room, there is only a special room for ironing clothes near the receptionist which is far if you want to walk from the room. 2. The pool is okay, but there are no stairs 3. The floor near the room is quite dusty 4. The beds are all clean 5. But the pillow to sleep on is not the best because it feels like there is nothing to lie on 6. But overall it's okay, it's not too bad

The room is very comfortable. But the a**osphere is quite gloomy. The staff is also good and friendly. It's nice to eat because there are many shops around.

The service is not very good. The front desk is open-air. I had to queue for more than 30 minutes on a hot day before it was my turn to check in. The service attitude of the staff was very average. Moreover, scanning your passport will charge you an extra MYR 10. You have to find the order number to check in. I need to pay an extra MYR 50 deposit, and only 40 will be refunded, with no change. Fortunately, I scraped together all the change and got exactly MYR 50. The hygiene was okay, but there were bugs. I suddenly touched one on the bed at night and was frightened away. One of the two water heaters was broken. Since there were only three of us, we didn’t bother with them and just used the other available bathroom. The water at the beach is very dirty. Don’t come! ! There is not much to eat around. Many locals only speak Malay and not English. It’s also difficult to take a taxi to the airport All in all, it’s a place where locals come for a low-budget vacation/team building. Don’t expect a good tourist experience.
