The room is clean, the pool water is clear, and my family had a great time. The breakfast costs RM65 per person, but the food selection is limited and the taste is not good, hygiene needs improvement. While having breakfast with the family, we found a foreign object in the juice that looked like a cockroach's leg, but we were not sure if it came from the cup or was already in the drink. After informing the restaurant manager, the reason given was the dirty marks on the drink container. We probably won't choose to have breakfast at the hotel on our next stay. Overall, the stay experience was still good, with the restaurant manager and all hotel staff displaying excellent service attitudes

The room was well-equipped with a nice bedroom, shower, air conditioning, Netflix-enabled TV, and kettle. Conveniently, a pharmacy stood nearby. Staff were friendly, though lacking an elevator could pose challenges. While not luxury accommodation, it provided a comfortable and practical option for travelers prioritizing accessibility and ease of transit to the airport. With essential amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, it served as a satisfactory choice for a straightforward overnight stay without excessive frills.

The divider/wall is too thin, can hear the noice/ voice next door. Difficult to sleep without interruption.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! New hotel and very new all stuff and equipment. Staff also very friendly and polite. Pool extra big

I am staying one day at room 955. With 2 beds single and one big sofa, very comfortable and clean. The bathroom also clean. Staying here for my sister flight checkin at 2.00AM. The receptionist so polite and allow me to checkout at 3.00PM. There is FOC buggy service from the hotel to the airport thru connection bridge between this bulding. You can asked the detail info at the receptionist. If you guys have extra money for healing this is one of the best room to stay because there is a big view window point to the qiblat . Full view with green trees, very calm, and i really like the beautiful view of the sun set. Breakfast provide varieties and tasty

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

Booked our stay during school holidays and lucky for us, we get a discounted rate for our stay. A bit late during check in due to a lot of people. It's not a big deal for us since the staff were friendly and courteous. Located just beside Morib Beach but the beach itself is not accessible from the hotel. Very large pool to cater the guest and our kids do enjoy their time in the pool. Spacious room and cleanliness is top notch. Mini bar with tea making facilities also available. Our superior room consist of 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Very comfortable bedding. They also do daily housekeeping. Breakfast start at 7 a.m. with local and fusion varieties. The foods on during our second day were amazing. Recommended based on our experience.
