Karimun City Hotel

Location wise, located at good location. Good Breakfast & Dinner was provided. Room 311 & 313 cleanliness was too bad, smell the Cigarette Smoke. Both Rooms was Flooded during the Raining pouring, which had caused all the floor wetting. Change the Room to NO. 108 & No.123. Again, Both was smell the Cigarette Smoke, with minimum cleanliness prepared. Room 108, the Bath-room lock was damaged & the door can't closed properly. Room 123, the Bath-room Toilet was leaked, caused a very Bad-Smell inside the Bath-room, had caused all my children to take shower inside Room 108. Very bad Service & very bad facilities.

Hotel Cleanliness was not so good, Room No.111 was smell with Cigarette Smoke and Cigarette-butt scattered in the room. Bath-room Door lock was broken. Dirty Towel prepared for Guest. The Only Good thing is, The Hotel provide Free Meals for Dinner, other than Breakfast.

My room number was 202 Below were the defective items: 1. Shower water heater sprinkler was not proper function. 2. Toilet bowl water tank was shaking and water seeping out. 3. Clothing cabinet hanger bar not firm, dropping easily. 4. Wifi VERY weak, inside the room unable to connect, must go outside corridor. 5. Hand washing sink water tap function defectively.

Another then is nearby harbour nothing much can be say..

No good service pekerja Di counter melihat costumer dari penampilan if no good looking dia orang macam no layan. Very bad hotels 👎🏿. Mineral water avery day if want harus call 👎🏿 after cleaning also never give tawel, harus call and hantar.
