The service was tip top. We had a pleasant stay. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff offered to upgrade us to a room with kitchen without any charges and allow us to have early check in.
The infinite swimming pool has great view, the gym too! The room air conditioning is very cold, the room renovation is very new and clean! They even have spoon & folks, bowls, pots, stoves, fridge, oven if you want to do some small cooking for you and your kids.
The only downfall it is around 8km from Georgetown so grab will take 20-30 minutes + because Penang is quite jam. But if it is still acceptable! And to Pulau Tikus is nearer, 3km+, Pulau Tikus has a lot of good food!

The room size was just right and very clean. The soundproofing was good, and we had a sea view from the window. The location is excellent, about one kilometer from the beach, which was super convenient for my morning runs and taking in the view. There's a small supermarket downstairs, making it easy to grab water and snacks. The front desk is on the second floor, and the service was great, plus they speak Chinese. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The location, facilities and amenities provided were worthwhile. Will come back again to this place on our next trip. The view from our room was amazing.

Awesome location and price . Great with kids . Great for foreign tourists as they can cook or buy more than required items from the itility store at g floor or just cross street for many options . Staff is welcoming and helpful. Near good beaches and also near to entopia and battu perringi

The room very spacious and clean. But the room wasn't well soundproofed, and it was very noisy due to the main road. Corner room have a very big window, it’s very warm when the sun shines into the room.

The parking lot uses an elevator system, so you might have a slight wait. The hotel environment is pretty good, but there aren't many special dining or drinking options nearby. It's more convenient if you have a car.
