The hotel location at No 555, Jalan CM Hashim, Tanjung Tokong, Tanjung Bungah, Penang. The roomat no 214 is clean and tidy but not comfortable. The mattress is not soft. Air-conditioning is not cold. Parking is free provided by the hotel. The staff hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast just ok but can be improve.

Have stayed here few times hoping that the cleanliness will be improved but sad to say it's worse. Greeted with ants everywhere in the room. Other than this, others are OK.
