House with 3 bedrooms very clean,the seaview amazing..u can see the seaview each room and living hall. Also can cook if u come with group families. The beach also private and clean. We really enjoy this place.. This place also near to town easy to find restaurant.

This hotel features sea facing suites. You can hear the waves as the beach is just 10-20 meters in front of the hotel.
Service and cleanliness is great. I booked a studio room for 3 nights but they upgraded me to a 2 room apartment (although they kept 1 room locked). Very much appreciated since I get a room with balcony and living area. No daily housekeeping but that’s fine.
Furnishings and amenities in the room is well maintained.

Room is spacious and comfortable. They do not provide breakfast but you can book and pay for breakfast at concierge counter to eat at the mecure hotel beside us.

Reception (Indian women) is not flexible, not friendly, and rude for customers. They didn’t even know how to check booking over trip.com.I visited with my family and got very inconvenient while visiting to Penang. That is my second time visiting to Tanjung Point Residence. Last time, there was one Malaysian guy in reception and that guy was very friendly and supported. But this time, those Indian women are useless, it would be nice if residence management can take care of reception customer service.

This is an awesome apartment. Ocean view. Balcony. Well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Access to the beach. I have recommended to friends!

Disappointed with this hotel , the aircond totally no cold after complain with them they replacement the other room also same problem. We whole night unable to sleep , no next time 😓😓😓

The location is great, with a beach and a good view of the sunrise. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment on a high floor - we’re on the 35th floor. The rooms are very clean and the view is excellent.
The only minor downside is that the frying pan in the kitchen had a slight odor. In the end, we didn’t use it. Other than that, everything was great.
Also, there’s a MyNews supermarket right next to the building downstairs, which is very convenient.
