Very disappointing stay. We were not informed before the cancellation deadline that the lift was under maintenance. This should have been clearly communicated in advance. The lift required manual operation by staff, we were sent to the wrong floor multiple times, and we repeatedly had to go back to the lobby to request lift access again just to reach our room. No proper solution was offered when we raised the issue. Poor communication and unsatisfactory guest experience.

Regarding the facilities, I need to pay by my own self for the car parking service. They are charging RM 24 per day and I am staying for 4 days 3 nights. Do you think how much I need to pay for the car parking which they never stated that visitors or customers need to paying by ourselves. I hope that in the future, please stated very clearly that we need to paying by ourselves without inform us.

Have a super duper bad experince at this hotel. Every time ga back room have to ask security to assist due to system down. Sometimes wait for 10-20 minutes for them to open door for us. Child cry, but we have no room to go in.

The views are awesome. Nice place but its quite far from the airport. For tourists it is a must place to go.

Not worth the price. It looks like it used to be a great place to stay maybe 20 years ago but now…just ok but still expensive. The location is great but the hotel is so old, the breakfast you pay for is bad, wifi is terrible. The service is nice though.

Most of the facilities in this hotel is not working to expe tations. Lifts are down or slow, guest mostly waiting for lifts. Carpark is not free even for guests. Water to guest rooms cannot be obtained from people with housekeeping trolleys on corridors even though they had water bottles on them. Shockingly told guest they are not for all rooms. OMG! I am not going back here in future. Worst of all, own hotel staff are bad mouthing the management. Shocking, shocking, shocking. I would like a refund from this hotel, that’s how disappointed I am.

I was checked-in to room 1102 around 9pm (23rd-July). Booking thru trip.com. Remarks stated high floor, told by receptionist during check-in no others room to change. The worst it’s NO bath mat inside my room, called to reception and been told night time no housekeeping, only can send next day morning. But was not sent. Hotel should provide security staff to send amenities to guest room even night time no housekeeping staff. Inside bath room also NOT provided toothpaste and toothbrush. How come PARADISE RESORT TANJONG BUNGAH Penang become into tis worse nowsaday, I am very very disappointed .

The hotel facilities are good. The room is spacious. The scenery from the room is nice. Overall, it is a good stay for family with kids.

Sinki leaking, water heater not working, main door need to call reception to open the door..room totally different from the online booking, car parking need to pay seperately. This is first and last stay at Rainbow
