KkhkhooThis apartment is located in the Island Plaza shopping mall
( now known as Island 88?). Its has a supermarket and lots of eateries.
The apartment is clean, well supplied with towels, bedding and toiletries. There is a water dispenser negating the need to buy drinking water. Every thing works and there are ample instructions on how to operate their equipment. It even has a baby chair and some toys.
The host is very helpful and very keen to ensure that we have an enjoyable stay, messaging us mid way thru our 6 night stay.
All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay, from check in to check out, and would seek to return when we are in Penang next.

GGuest UserClean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated

The staff were very kind, and both the food at the café and the scenery were absolutely amazing.
Although the weather forecast predicted rain throughout our stay, we surprisingly had good weather during the daytime the entire time.
Additionally, there are local hawker spots within a 10-minute drive, so we were able to fully enjoy Penang’s local cuisine without having to go all the way to George Town.
We felt very lucky and had a wonderful time. We would definitely love to come back!

TTravelogistIt was a wonderful stay in Treebridge… it’s a cheap and best for a decent stay. The hotel has, Awesome outdoor pool , which is very close to sea. We swim in sea from morning to afternoon and then we swim in the pool. The hotel room consist of quality bed, decent furniture, aircon, fridge , TV , wardrobe, iron box, hair dryer, dining table and a sofa. The two sea view Balcony is the top notch. Apart from this … Christopper Richard is a wonderful coordinator who helps us a lot in early checking… in addition to the Hotel coordinator he is a wonderful human being who loves the guest. He gave a bunch of discount vouchers for the attractions and restaurants. I made my mind that from here on if I Come to Penang he the man ….

QQueenNLinWe had a family gathering here. The house is nice. Can fit big family. We had fun here. But I think the house is not properly clean well. The house stairs is dusty in the corner of the railing holder. Even in our bed room under the bed is very dusty and have some left over tissue and panty liners plastic. The toilet is not clean. It’s very dirty as I wipe the floor the wet tissue become black. The bed sheet also have bag worm. Luckily I already have some experience with previous house this time I bring my own bed sheet and pillow. So I change all. Didn’t use theirs. I just fold and put aside. The house swimming pool is ok except the part where the tiles is coming out and have some broken part. One of my family members feet is injured do to the sharpness. Also have some issue with checking in as we arrive at 3pm and wait until 3.30 the house is not ready yet. We come back after we had lunch at 4ish something we already Over all is a nice experience staying here. If u can maintain this place better. Will definitely and recommend this house to others. And we will repeat. Thank you.

Be aware this is not part of the official Rainbow Resort Hotel. Upon seeing my confirmation, the receptionist told me my room was an Airbnb. The building is a hotel as well private rooms that are rented out.
The room itself was very spacious, 70 sqm with one bedroom and a living space. It had obviously been repainted recently (it smelt a fresh paint) so the walls were clean. Air conditioning and basic amenities were provided.
The building itself, has seen a lot of wear and tear. If you’re on a budget and want a spacious room it will meet your needs.
For the price I think it’s quite reasonable if you’re there for a short stay.
The hotel is next to a beach, and a swimming pool downstairs. There a few restaurants across the road.

Ssj91this hotel is good overall, but when we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a booking with them and they couldn't locate our booking and details. the room was also said to be taken, and they are waiting for a cancellation in order to get our room. There is a lot of confusion among staff. some visitors were told to leave their rooms once they have entered. we waiting 1 hr 30 min to get our room. so check in was at 4.30pm. parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park at the basement, which was impossible to even get one if you came into the hotel late and a T&G card was also needed to get validated before leaving the hotel if we wanted a free spot. Room was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee was hard like its never been changed.

A small beach is just 100m away.
The rooms are on the second floor and are facing the sea and residential, but let's choose the sea side.
It's great to see the ocean at this price point.
The room made the bed every day, and the shower has hot water.
It seems to be well maintained.
And no adhan is heard.
・Concerns
The size of the room is on par with Japanese business hotels, that is, it is small.
In addition, since it is a hotel for overnight stays without meals, there are concerns about security, so it is better to avoid it for single women and families.
It's a Chinese environment, so you can hear firecrackers going off and people making noise in the corridor or outside at night.
It may be better to avoid celebrations such as the Chinese New Year.

This hotel is located in a mausoleum
Therefore, you can appreciate the uniqueness of the Chinese atmosphere.
The lobby is on the 1st floor, but sometimes it's closed because the janitor is out to make the bed.
Also, I visited at 12 o'clock before check-in, but it seemed that it was ready and I was put in the room, so I can expect a flexible response.

YYihThis is a self check-in boutique hotel, located near the seaside of Tanjung Bungah. It is a 3 storey bungalow house, with exceptionally large rooms.
The location is good, not far from downtown area, and also popular beach area such as Batu Feringghi and Teluk Bahang.
Overall it is good value for money, if you are just looking for a no frills and clean hotel for the night.
